            The importants for me in a career choice are :
1.        Salary
2.        Medical benefit
3.        Shedule flexibility
4.        Retirement/tension plan
5.        Job security
6.        Vacation pay
7.        Sick pay
8.        Disability benefits
9.        Inhouse childcare
10.    Telecommute days
Why I choose salary at first? Because I think that at the future a Man will be a Dad and there are a lot of family’s expenditure  such as children education expenses, household needs and many more which are should be Dad’s responsibility. So for me pick a big salary career will be my investment for the future. Then I put job security and vacation pay in the middle. Maybe some people said that job security is the most important, but I don’t think so, because every people will think about it. With that salary, facilities and the job security does it makes a sense? Or simply I said that if I got enough facilities such as medical benefit, schedule flexibility and retirement plan, I will set aside the job security but I still consider it. After job security I put vacation pay, it was not too important for me but if I can get it, why not? For example imagine that you took a vacation with your family but you still paid by the company, how amazing it was? At last I choose telecommute days. I think this is very not important, first when at work I will maximally done my job so it doesn’t need to take home or there is tasks to be done at home, second there is a belief in my family that bring work to home is not good for me and my family because when I arrived at home it means family time, no more work!

            I trust that in job or work environment it will be come up some common job problems such as unequal salary with works or jobs, frequent time expenses or overtime, jealousy between employees. The way you have to do to dealt them are first you must compare your works or jobs at last with now and your salary at last and now too and you make a conclusion does it worth for you? If it is not worth for you can make a complain to your supervisor to get the answer why you don’t get the salary increases. Next dealt with frequent overtime? That is your risk since first time you work at that company so you have to give your best “maybe” the supervisor will give you a reward at last. Jealousy between employees is the most common job problem but it was a reason behind it. For this case I think you don’t have to worry too much because if your supervisor is a good supervisor there will be no case like this. Except bad habit from the employee. For me the best or ideal work situations are supportive and cares environment, enough facilities that common employees need, equal salary with my job, stable working hours per day, provided with health insurance and retirement plan and also suitable with my abilities and skills.


            One day if my supervisor is making poor decision for the company, I will recommend him more suitable or maybe best decision for our company. For the example “Excuse me sir, I think your decision is good but how about if we blablablabla[my advice or recommend]? Maybe it can be more appropriate for our company, thank you sir”. Because the future of the company is at the decision of the supervisor if her or him doesn’t make a good one it will influences to the development of the company. So we as his or her subordinates or employees must participate in making decision such as giving suggests, advices and etc.
